CJ FOODS VIETNAM IS PROUD TO BE HONORED AS ONE OF THE BEST COMPANIES TO WORK FOR IN ASIA 2021
It is an enormous pride for us when CJ Foods Vietnam was awarded “Best companies to work for in Asia Awards 2021”, independently surveyed and assessed by HR Asia Board of Organizers - the leading prestigious magazine on human resources in Asia. This award attracted the participation of 581 companies in Vietnam in 2021, and this was also the first year CJ Foods Vietnam registered to participate in the award, so it is truly an honor to be counted among the 115 companies who received an award.
This result reflects the whole company’s efforts in maintaining human resource strategies, management policy, human development, well-deserved rewards, empowerment culture, maximizing each employee's values, creating conditions for them to be themselves, to develop and devote their best to the overall success of the company.
2021 was a difficult and tumultuous year, but that is also the reason this award is more valuable than ever. CJ Foods Vietnam embraced the valuable opportunity to hear from employees, and learned much that will help to orient the organization in the upcoming years. The award is an honor, source of pride and encouragement, and gives us motivation to continue in our journey of building CJ Foods Vietnam, not only as a great place to work, but also a place where potential talents are nurtured and developed.
